• How to order?
  I have no automated shop system. Simply order by sending me an email ;-)
  I check my emails often a day, 7 days a week, and will respond quickly.
  After placing your order and all details of your card(s) are cleared, you will receive an order confirmation by email with all necessary information!
  I also will notify you by email, when your items are shipped.
  
  
• Prices?
  All prices are displayed in EUR.
  Currency conversion (01.06.2010, no official rates though!):
  1.00 EUR is approximateley 1.22 USD
  1.00 EUR is approximateley 0.85 GBP

• Availablity?
  Greyed items are out of stock.
  Cards made to your order will be manufactured once the money is received - not before!
  All other items are in stock.
  
  
• How to pay?
  Payments must be done in advance. No exceptions! I accept PayPal only.
  Payments must be done in EUR.
  Payments in USD and GBP can be done as well, but your order will then be re-calculated with the actual exchange rate from PayPal - which is always a bad rate!
  
  
• Shipping & handling?
  ... is not included.
  I do not make money with shipping costs; but I need to cover my costs.
  You will receive a correct shipping quote along with the order confirmation.
  When shipping goods to customers outside Europe, the risk of damage or loss
  passes to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier
  (Deutsche Post or DHL). Average shipping starts with EUR 4.00 - yours may be different.
  
  
• Orders will be shipped when payment is received! No exceptions!
